3.3. After receiving an application, a BONTOY representative may contact the applicant to learn more about their business, needs, and preferred partnership format.

3.4. Product range, pricing, order volumes, payment terms, delivery arrangements, and other commercial terms are agreed upon separately between the parties.

3.5. Final partnership terms are determined by the relevant agreements and/or contracts between BONTOY and the partner.
